- Lemon Essential Oil (15ml): The well-known citrusy-sweet aroma of Lemon Essential Oil has been seen to provide a refreshing and invigorating environment. In addition, the many Lemon Oil benefits are also known to enhance concentration, alleviate brain fog, boost immunity and naturally tone and invigorate dull skin complexions.
- Grapefruit Pink Essential Oil (15ml): With a refreshingly citrus and fun aroma, Grapefruit Pink Essential Oil is best known for its calming and comforting properties.
- Lavender Essential Oil (15ml): As one of our most popular essential oils, Lavender Oil is prized for its mildly sedative properties that have been seen to assist with stress and sleep.

There are countless ways to use essential oils, but below are a few of our favourite ideas for Summer to get you started;
- Massage: Ditch the heat and enjoy a relaxing massage, courteous of a loved one - dilute 6-10 drops of Essential Oil into 100ml of your favourite Carrier Oil or Base Massage Oil.
- Diffuser or Vaporiser: Kick start your summer and fill your space with the smell of your citrus summer favourites - add 2-10 Drops of Essential Oil to your Diffuser or Vaporiser - try mixing a few oils together to create your own personal favourite!
- Face Mist: For a relaxing cool down, add 1/2 cup of distilled water with 1 tsp Witch Hazel and 4 drops of Essential Oil in a spray bottle and spritz away the heat. Keep in the refrigerator for added freshness.
- Room Spray: Bring those Summer smells inside by combining 2 Tbsp alcohol (Vodka works well) with 10-40 drops of Essential Oil into a spray bottle and shake well. Top up with ¾ Cup Water and mist the air throughout your home.
Essential Oil Safety
- In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath. Essential Oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
- Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid using Essential Oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
- Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). For skin application we recommend a 2-4% dilution and for facial application we recommend a 1-2% dilution for adults.
