  • Rose Geranium Essential Oil (15ml): The delightfully delicate essence of Rose Geranium Essential Oil will transport your senses to a beautiful spring garden. On top of its pleasant aroma, the benefits of Rose Geranium Oil have been seen to balance the mind, ease PMS related symptoms, balance both oily and dry skin types, assist with inflammation and help those feeling stressed or anxious.
  • Lemon Essential Oil (15ml): With an incredibly refreshing, citrus-sweet aroma, Lemon Essential Oil is highly valued for its ability to energise the mind, alleviate brain fog and mental fatigue, tone the skin, invigorate dull complexions, assist with cold and flu symptoms and ease headaches.
  • Orange Sweet Essential Oil (15ml): In addition to its sweet and refreshing aroma, the benefits of Sweet Orange Essential Oil are known to calm the brain, encourage mental alertness and concentration, boost the immune system and ease inflamed and dry skin.
  • Lavender Essential Oil (15ml): Along with its well-known floral aroma, the benefits of Lavender Essential Oil are incredibly versatile and have been seen to assist with sleep, anxiety, stress, inflammation, acne and respiratory related issues.
  • Patchouli Essential Oil (Light) (15ml): Known as one of the best essential oils for skin, other Patchouli Oil benefits have been seen to assist with respiratory related complaints, stress and anxiety.

There are countless ways to use essential oils, but below are a couple of our favourite ideas to get you started;

  • Diffuser or Vaporiser: It’s that wonderful time of year again when the flowers are blooming and filling the air with the delightful aroma that is Spring - add 2-10 Drops of Essential Oil to your Diffuser or Vaporiser to bring Spring inside too!
  • Face Mist: For a relaxing and refreshing lift, add 1/2 cup of distilled water with 1 tsp Witch Hazel and 4 drops of Essential Oil in a spray bottle and spritz away! Keep in the refrigerator for added freshness.
  • Room Spray:  For a quick room refresher, combine 2 Tbsp alcohol (Vodka works well) with 10-40 drops of Essential Oil into a spray bottle and shake well. Top up with ¾ cup water and mist the air throughout your home.
  • Facial Oil: For an all-natural, healing facial oil, blend 10-15 drops of essential oil into 100ml of your favourite carrier oil – apply nightly for best results!

Essential Oil Safety

  • In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath. Essential Oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
  • Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
  • Avoid using Essential Oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
  • Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). For skin application we recommend a 2-4% dilution and for facial application we recommend a 1-2% dilution for adults.
