Packaged in a stylish and environmentally friendly gift box, AWO’s ‘Bring On Spring Essential Oil Pack’ is comprised of three 100% Pure Essential Oils that are highly valued for their incredibly refreshing aromas. In addition to their beautifully pleasant scents, these spring essential oils not only make fantastic spring diffuser blends, they also contain valuable benefits that are known to assist with common complaints that arise during spring such as headaches, congestion, watery eyes and other symptoms of hay fever.
- Rose Geranium Essential Oil (15ml): On top of its deeply floral aroma, other Rose Geranium Oil benefits have been seen to assist with stress, anxiety and inflammation. The antimicrobial content within this essential oil is also known to assist with regular hay fever symptoms such as watery eyes, headaches and sneezing.
- Lavender Essential Oil (15ml): Known to be one of the most versatile essential oils, Lavender Essential Oil is highly valued for its ability to ease respiratory related complaints, soothe the mind and central nervous system, calm the body and encourage restful sleep.
- Lime Essential Oil (15ml): With its refreshingly sweet aroma that is reminiscent of fresh limes, Lime Essential Oil has been seen to uplift the mood whilst alleviating feelings of exhaustion, brain fog and mental fatigue.

There are countless ways to use essential oils, but below are a couple of our favourite ideas to get you started;
- Diffuser or Vaporiser: It’s that wonderful time of year again when the flowers are blooming and filling the air with the delightful aroma that is Spring - add 2-10 Drops of Essential Oil to your Diffuser or Vaporiser to bring Spring inside too!
- Face Mist: For a relaxing and refreshing lift, add 1/2 cup of distilled water with 1 tsp Witch Hazel and 4 drops of Essential Oil in a spray bottle and spritz away! Keep in the refrigerator for added freshness.
- Room Spray: For a quick room refresher, combine 2 Tbsp alcohol (Vodka works well) with 10-40 drops of Essential Oil into a spray bottle and shake well. Top up with ¾ cup water and mist the air throughout your home.
- Facial Oil: For an all-natural, healing facial oil, blend 10-15 drops of essential oil into 100ml of your favourite carrier oil – apply nightly for best results!
Essential Oil Safety
- In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath. Essential Oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
- Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid using Essential Oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
- Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). For skin application we recommend a 2-4% dilution and for facial application we recommend a 1-2% dilution for adults.
